Welcome to The Studio in Swarthmore

Located in Swarthmore, Pa,  The Studio  features contemporary hand made American craft and fine art.   We carry a wide selection of unique decorative and functional art.  Since 1981 we have featured the work of artists and outstanding craftspeople from throughout the United States.  We are particularly proud to represent the high quality work of many local Delaware Valley artisans.

The Studio offers work from some 200 artists, in a wide variety of media.  We have a diverse selection of hand made jewelry, blown glass, pottery, wood, pewter, bronze, and wrought iron work.  We also display framed and un-framed paintings in all media and style.  Our fiber artists create beautiful hand painted silk scarves, purses and hand woven jackets as well as hanging decorative pieces.

We are pleased to offer pottery designed and crafted by members of the Potters Guild of the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA.  We have mugs, plates, bowls, lamps, lanterns, vases...and more.
